They are RUDE, Never on time for pick-UPS... I suggest if you want to be treated with respect you might want to find another ride... They want RESPECT but they dont want to return RESPECT...NOT GOOD BUISNESS PEOPLE
The “supervisor” is rude, nasty, hung up on me and then when I called back she put me on hold indefinitely. I needed help changing the address of a trip and all I heard was how they can’t help. MAS website says Medicar helps with any changes. So basically they just don’t wanna help or try to, meanwhile they’re making a fortune off my hour trips 5 days a week! I’m gonna do all I can to switch companies asap.
