Horrible people Horible owner & Female works there is 2 faced, horible customer service, ignorant & a lier. Sold me bad merchandise full price. Said "they garanty tool.. 1st tool electricuting me. Ask for refund , instead gave me a older POS relic & more false promises...3rd time as could not even use relic POS, I ask for refund Instead force a even more substandard older model, was electric sparking right in front of owner. Who blamed me his 3rd POS he just pluged in. Pressured me into taking unsafe & malfunction equipment. Female counter bad mouthed me in the skilled trade i have been in for 15 years. OWNER Declined any Discount & force a unsafe malufunction tool on me for the 3rd time!! He easly knew it needed entire electrical replacement. WARNING you will get RAPED by these people. WORST PLACE EVER.. LIERS.. I FEEL SORRY FOR the employee Jon. As he only decent person I meet there.

WOW I WAS DESPERATE AND NEEDED MONEY AND THIS PLACE COULD SMELL IT. I THOUGHT WHEN GOLD PRICES WENT UP I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A BETTER PRICE. NOT HERE I GUESS
