We took my 15 month old to get her glasses here. They were awesome. They took the time to try 7-8 pairs on her until we found the best fit. Her glasses were ready quickly as well. I highly recommend them!
Their posted hours are until 6 pm. We arrived at 5:30 pm to pick up my kid’s new glasses, and the door is closed & lights off, nobody answering the phone.
nothing is more frustrating when you have been calling for weeks and no answer or call back for an update on glasses. 0/10 recommend . they need better service I understand glasses can take weeks to arrive but the least you can do is pick up the phone or call back a parent and tell them no they have not arrived or whatever the case maybe but the fact that I have been calling for 2 weeks and no one has had the decency to call me back is absurd

Eric Reeder is wonderful! He is friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable! My daughter is picky and she has her own ideas of frames, lens, colors, etc, but he is so kind and patient with us! Erik also had a great understanding about custom service. The team cares about making each customer feel great about their selection/choices. We loved our experience with Eric. Highly recommended!
