This is exactly what a bike shop should be. An incredibly welcoming place. Unfortunately the specific type of bike I was looking for wasn't quite available in the right size, but before I knew it I had been there almost an hour just talking shop with Sparky. It's so rare to find a place that has such positive, helpful employees but this place is truly a gem.

Brought my bike in for a tire sidewall flat. In my experience with them, they've always fixed a flat while I wait. Last yr, I had 3 flats. I asked for a tune-up too, but they're booked out a few weeks. (My chain was slipping - bad) I ended up going for 2 tires and 2 tubes. Told them I could wait for the tune up. But, no! They got to while my bike was there! Got some new ergonomic hand grips too! The bill was same as estimate! Bravo! Thank much! Loyal customer!
