No longer affiliated with John. Doesn’t even operate under the same name anymore. Completely different company with completely new employees. Has really gone down hill. It’s unrecognizable now. To their credit at least one of the employees was honest enough to tell me that they did lose a lot of clientele because of the changes. Probably shouldn’t charge as much as you do when you have alienated so many of your loyal customers.
They have my taxes for a over a week and still not done,I wish John never retired, they also don't return phone calls . I've been going here for years and Never had this problem. Disappointed .
