wait times are always so long and when you finally talk to someone they are rude and don't want to help
Keep getting the run around with them. They immediately send you to some random person’s VM who never answers. Literally just trying to make sure you have the information you need. Smh.
I just received a letter from MedData because I am uninsured currently and had to be seen in the ER a few weeks ago. I called the number on the letter I received and I'm asked to enter my phone number, or reference number. Well, nowhere on this letter does it have a reference number. It has a file number. We were only contacted 1 time over six months about a case.. We had to call every month asking for updates... They lied and said "We called and couldn't leave a message on either of your two phone numbers listed.....Yeah right...There was never no missed phone calls. However we lost the case.... They didn't even give a call to tell us the case got denied..
they got a lien on my company without giving me any info on what it was about and got a court case and judgement filed without ANY notification and no attempt of service. Can you say illegal anyone???? I still don't know what this is about. It is filed against my company. It has my company name on the case filed at the court. I guaranty that my building/company has NEVER been seen by the hospital. I don't even know what it could be sick with.
