This website BLOWS. I am a first time veteran attempting to put together medals and ribbons for my WW2 grandfather and you cannot get a "live" person thru customer service, only a recording that hangs up on you. Also, the website kicks you out of your shopping cart every single f-n time you try to add something to it. YOU SHOULD BE ASSHAMED of yourselves with this crap you created making it so difficult for customers to purchase. 100% DISCUSTED by this company!!! Best Regards A 14 year war veteran.
SIMPLY WONDERFUL! I had such a great customer service experience from Medals of America. I purchased a shadow box online months ago and thought I could decorate it myself with my boyfriend's medals.
