Ambulances show up covered in dirt and dust. Roof is coated with dirt and you can see hand prints all over the rear doors. The crew puts on gloves and then put their hands all over the doors to open them, then they use the same gloves to transfer the patient. Check out vehicle #10, they are the worst offenders.

I would've given this company a better rating if it wasn't for the atrocious attitude of the driver. I was instructed by the driver to call her back on the number that she originally called from when I was ready. I was instructed by my nurse to call and request a ride because it takes a while for them to come. I wasn't aware that my ride was in the vicinity, so of course, she came and left. Ms. Tess who answers the phone has always delivered with exceptional service, kind, polite, caring, Mr. Richard picks Shaline up and he always greet her with a smile, ask how she is doing and opens the door for her. In case there is a delay, they will always call and give an update. I appreciate Med Trans and it is our Choice!
