If i could give -5 stars i would, please read this review most people will ignore this. This place is run by people that have no clue how to do taxes, one person works at Acme and is doing my taxes.....Not! I dropped off paperwork and send electronic copies of my document and confirmed receipt by the secretary but 2 weeks later and Jeff could not find the files, if you don't know technology time to walk off into the sunset...Grandpa's! Time to retire!
