Mr Debbie saved my life. I was having chest pain and went to see her after being in the emergency room the night before. The ER said that I was okay and released me. After describing my pain and the other things that I was feeling-Debbie wouldn't let me go back to work and set an appointment to have a stress test done at the hospital. Debbie is excellent I saw Debbie Sexton for at least 3 years, and until my condition became too severe and required specialist care, or I would still be there. UNORGANIZED I was there 3 x's in 1 week. The front desk gals were never friendly. I saw 2 different nurses who were very nice but unfortunately they should be nice & know what they r doing. For a TB test, I was to get 1 shot & come back in 2 days for a reading. On 2nd day I rcvd another shot. On 3rd visit to get reading I was told I was supposed to get the reading on the 2nd visit. Now starting over, 2 more visits. Totally UNORGANIZED & unacceptable. p.s. I did not see a Dr.
Good Care Comes to Those Who Wait! I have been going to Med Surge Plus specifically Debbie Sexton for over 5 years. I consider Debbie my primary care physician/NP. Everytime I go I know I am in for a bit of a wait but the care I recieve from Debbie is worth the wait. For those who arrive to an empty waiting room that means that every patient room is full and that Debbie is going from room to room as quickly yet effeciently as possible. Med Surg Plus Debbie Sexton is great. I would have returned to see her if it wasn't for her rude staff. Mainly the billing personnel KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS or it could cost you!
Very poor service Clinic is not that busy but your wait time is outlandish. The staff is very rude and dont care if you have to wait up to three hours for service. I have to take random drug screens and every time I have to wait a very long time while I see the nurse that gives them talking to others and goofing off while I set and wait on my time. I dont mind waiting but three hours is ridiculous and im not the only one that this happens to.
Wonder Doctors! Med Surge has several doctors. They are very personal and curteous. The doctors are wonderful! Beware of the billing staff though. Sometimes they are billing errors when you are dealing with insurance
Interesting Walk-in clinic Med Surg Plus is a walk-in clinic which allows a person to receive medical attetion without an appointment. The one and only time my family visited Med Surg we had to wait a really long time. The waiting room was completly empty and they would not file our insurance claim. However the medical care was adequate even though the price was steep.
