Terrible customer service. I spoke with Janet/Jenette? She cut me off and told me I was calling the wrong number and to call the other number on the card. I called them and was told the claim was never repriced and sent to them. Called Janet/Jenette back and she looked the claim up and said she would send it again. Very rude, waste of time and extremely unprofessional. She needs a job that requires her to speak to just herself daily!

Their provider customer service is terrible…Janet mostly. I would not call if I didn’t need too…finally told her I wasn’t doing this today and hung up on her…she does it every single time you call…unsure why you have a probider phone number to begin with then.
