I am writing this review 3 months post treatment as that was the time line that was given to me to see results from Emote (skin tightening procedure). I am sooo pleased with the results. I met with Kelsey (terrific gal btw) a couple of times prior to treatment to discuss some medical challenges I was having. I started going here for laser hair removal. I've only had 2 sessions so far, but both times the staff made me feel comfortable and the facility was very clean. Location is easy to find and free parking was available even on busy weekends. I felt their prices were comparable, and I did call around before selecting this company. One of the deciding factors for me was that they did offer numbing and it was included in the price. Other places either didnt offer it or charged extra. The Med Lounge interior is pretty and aesthetic. Grace, the PA, is so friendly and welcoming. Nurse Jackie was amazing — she made me feel very comfortable during my laser treatment :) The whole team is professional, knowledgeable, and caring.
I had the best experience with Jackie! I got my first ever session of microneedling and ultra laser. She was super sweet and informative with the procedure and aftercare. My skin is already glowing! Thank you Jackie and Medlounge, you guys are the best!
