I usually always have a great experience, but I just have to say this young lady working on 2/24 (sometime afternoon, with dark hair) was so cold and rude for absolutely no reason. I get everyone can have a bad day, so I didn't say anything to her personally. But coming from a loyal customer, who tips well, I expect mutual respect.
