Have gone for 8 years to get my school bus driver physical every year. This year had a doctor harass me about a medication that was not prescribed by her. One, it seemed like she didn't know anything about the medication. Two, this medication has been approved by my regular physician and previous physicians in that facility. Wouldn't even take the time to speak to my regular doctor and it was a big hassle to fax over the form she wanted filled out. Had an appointment scheduled for 10:30AM. They “got a new paperwork system.” I am still waiting to be seen 1.5 hours later at noon. Don’t think it’s just the system, but that’s just me.
Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Received a pre employment physical and drug screening. Ingrid & Theresa were both very kind and answered many questions thoroughly and without hesitation. Very pleasant experience.
Waiting for 50 minutes now for a physical. Everyone that was in the waiting room with us has already been seen and left while my partner is STILL waiting for the doctor to even acknowledge them.
Waited for over 45 minutes. What is the point in making an appointment if they don’t adhere to the schedule???
