Transported my my mother today. Absolutely excellent company.
Normally I would give them a four star rating, but today was a nightmare! We got home at 6:18pm after calling, beginning at 1:06pm, almost 1/2 dozen times. Waited almost 3 hours to get picked up. Was lied to twice about the time were going to be picked up. Then there was a call at 2:14 where I was put on hold for 8 minutes and 31 seconds, only for the call to somehow get disconnected. First i was told somone would be there "within the hour," then at 2:23 in about 30 minutes. Called again at 3:10, then 3:37 then at about 3:51... read more
