They never answer the phone! Saturdays are the worst, cant get a hold of them and pick you up very late. If I could give a zero I would. They dropped off my blind, wheelchair bound father to the wrong dialysis center. And I couldn't even get a hold of driver or dispatch it fix error. No one answered. I had to leave work on the other side of town to get him
One of the orange colored vehicle. With signs on th side door nearly hit me on Alameda st in front of ysleta high school, very aggressive driving habits , called it in hopefully will talk to about the incident
Was the worst experience I've had. Do not recommend.
Drivers are very nice and on time!! Update Dec 21, 2024 This is now the 3rd time driver is either extremly late or they are a no show my mother goes to dialysis this is not a regular appointment being missed this is very upsetting.
