Our mother has been a resident at Simon Price for 18 months and we are delighted with the level of care and attention given to her. Residence Managers Bowen and now Simon, Clinical Care Co-Ordinators Tess and now Sahil are understanding, compassionate, empathetic leaders. Great staff and my grandma have been really happy to be in this facility. There are lots of lifestyle activities, Lifter, and fency building. Strongly recommended.
I would not recommend this aged care facility. Most reviews are from years ago and the service now is appalling. I just moved dad to another facility today and now have peace of mind. 3 weeks of NEGLECT. On day one I said he is a risk for falling. He ended up in hospital after another fall and yet they left him alone in the room (I visited every day for 2 hours) and no one came in to check on him.
