My Mum had an aneurysm and unfortunately needed full time care. It was a very stressful and emotional time for me and I wanted to make the best choice possible for Mum. Thank you to the team at Elstoft for all the kindness and support you’ve shown as my parents adjust to the massive upheaval of moving into permanent care. Over the past six months I’ve spent a lot of time at Elstoft, and on every visit I’ve been grateful to see the warmth and care that staff show to residents and visitors. My father has been a resident at elstoft house in hamlyn heights for the past 18months and I can highly recommend this facility. The staff are caring, friendly and go above and beyond to care for the patients.. house 3 staff always make dad feel welcome and loved. The facility have a fantastic daily program to get the residents involved in activities. The meals are great quality. The rooms are clean and tidy and have a homely feel. Thank you to all the staff for looking after my dad 😊

My mother has resided at Elstoft House over the past three years and overall I find the staff very helpful and supportive at all times. My family and I visit her on a regular basis and have always been made to feel welcome and part of the Elstoft family. Any concerns I've had, have been addressed immediately and quickly resolved. My father also resided there for a short time in 2024, before he passed away and was always cared for and supported very well during his stay with them.
