We are very fortunate in Ballan to have this health service. The building itself is aesthetically pleasing, spacious, accessible and clean. I find the range of services invites and enables locals to look after their health. But of course it is the staff that makes the place. GPs may come and go ( as life dictates) but the ever helpful reception staff and many allied health seem to maintain constant and high standards.
Unfortunately a terminal patient I look after was told by a GP he was ‘doctor shopping’ and was denied critical scripts for pain relief and left in an abhorrent state, what a horrendous lack of care and empathy
Don't bother going here. The medical staff are just a drain on you wallet and the tax payer's wallet. You would get more empathy out of a brick wall if you go there expressing mental health concerns. The doctor may suggest talking to a lawyer.. and wanting to charge you for that advice. What a joke!
