The hours of operations are incorrect for example they close at 11 on Sunday and not at 1 PM. The hours need to be updated on the website. Also this branch employees are not always not pleasant experience.
I been with MECU for 23yrs it’s getting Terrible they keep you on hold for one hour or more when you call to speak with a Rep. and every time I us my card to pay bills always talking about Fraud. It gets on my nerves!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. The assistant manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this credit union (2337 E Northern Pkwy, Baltimore, MD 21214) to anyone.
