Dayawna is absolutely amazing teller! She went above and beyond to assist me with my elderly father’s account. She is so knowledgeable of her job, kind, courteous and always greets customers with a smile.

I would never come to this Mecu again! One particular teller made my experience very different and unpleasant. She tried to say I was short on a deposit and pocket the money herself! If I could give this place a negative star I would!
Mecu is the worst. I go to the one on Northern parkway .They can never assist. I'm closing my account .I know it doesn't matter that's why I'm leaving a review to warn others that if You're looking for a bank that customer oriented THIS IS NOT IT.. even trying to get someone on the phone is a process. Once I was trying to get a CD they didn't even want to Do that. Online banks are they way to Go..having these out dated branches and No way or understanding to correct an issue is Wild.
