Great and awesome staff
First of all the manager of bank is rude.I went to bank after waiting 3 weeks for my son debt card.I needed to get a pin called Customer service no on answered the phone. I ask the lady at desk could she help me .She said did I call customer service. I always seeing new people in training.Tellers are rude like it's their money.I stop going to this branch,I go to South St or Catonville.
Now not only don’t they have the 24 hour ATM still due to being vandalized multiple times they have now only cut the ATM hours to when they’re physically open which is still a huge inconvenience. I feel like if it keeps getting vandalizing. Maybe they should make arrangements to where the ATM is physically outside just like the location on Baltimore Street. Everyone doesn’t have time to keep wasting gas or walking down here to be hit with this
I really hope MECU is not going downhill, I been with them for years, over 20 for sure and always bragging about them, now reading these comments I am wondering what is going on with MECU?!??? a few friends of mines told me they left MECU to go with Navy Federal, if these comments are fact I understand why. I think I should monitor MECU reviews for a little while to see it this is something I need to take action on or maybe MECU need to retrain their staff from the top to bottom on customer service friendly.
