Held on the line for 2 hours. Once the representative answered the line , she was not able to assist me. I would have to wait over the weekend for someone to call me back to resolve my issue.
This is the worst credit union I have ever had an account with. I opened a HELOC about 6 months ago and taken loan out of this account. I never received a statement and I am not able to make my monthly interest payments. I called the customer support about 10 times and they say I need to talk to the mortgage department and I have no idea how to reach them. I also filed a complaint with creditunion.gov and hope to receive a response for them at least.
