CAN'T DEPEND ON THE ATM.. MAY BE OUT OF SERVICE. **HAD MY MOM'S S.S. CHECK ON HOLD FOR OVER 6 MONTHS.. THEN SENT IT BACK TO SOCIAL SECURITY.. WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DEPOSITED!!!
Bad customer service, along with no professionalism earns this location a negative review. The manager along with the employees come across as lazy and non-helpful. Hopefully MECU can initiate better training protocols to make sure current and future customers have a more enjoyable experience doing business with this location.
if i could give it zero i could, i have never experienced worse customer service. not a single person was able to help at all, they STILL refuse to help with my issue
