Bad customer service, along with no professionalism earns this location a negative review. The manager along with the employees come across as lazy and non-helpful. Hopefully MECU can initiate better training protocols to make sure current and future customers have a more enjoyable experience doing business with this location.
if i could give it zero i could, i have never experienced worse customer service. not a single person was able to help at all, they STILL refuse to help with my issue
Can be crowded at times and not many tellers working, taking long, even with an appointment, waiting well past the time
I really dislike the fact that you can't put money in the ATM anymore. This is a big INCONVENIENCE!!
