This facility is the most poorly managed of all the other branches I have worked with. The lack of knowledge and professionalism of the staff (Phyllis), is unacceptable. In the midst of "supposedly" assisting me she is on her cell doing a video conversation (not bank related) and failing to provide accurate and complete information. Very poor customer service I came to this bank for questions about my acct the putt kept on very long waiting even the bank associate s are sitting free talking to each other doesn't care about customers it's bad
I've worked with MECU for years, but I will never do business with them again. I got a motorcycle loan with MECU. To get approved for the loan, I had to provide proof of insurance. Months later, I notice over $2,000 added to my motorcycle loan. MECU tells me that the $2,000 is because they purchased a "Collateral Protection Insurance Certificate at my expense". Huh?
