Beware of this bank. They'll change their IT systems without updating your scheduled transfers and then report you to the credit agencies for not paying.
It’s like this bank is trying to force you to have late payments. Seriously might get another loan out just to pay MECU so i don’t have to deal with them anymore. This is how long i’m on hold every single time i call…and they never know how to resolve any issues.
Some of workers are so slow. We should not have to wait 1/2 hour in the drive through window. Need faster employees at the drive through.
