This week I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Kiara P. at the Randallstown Branch, and I was so impressed with her professionalism and customer service. It was a pleasure to be served by someone who was not only kind and patient, but also very informative about changes that are happening at MECU. Thank you Kiara.
This is the most ghetto awful bank! No can help you or will answer the phone for you. It’s not worth it getting an account with this bank. Now I see why this bank was temporarily closed for months.
The customer service at this location is questionable. The bank tellers behind the glass are kind and aim to complete their tasks to the best of their ability. The communication is terrible at this branch. I have been waiting for a contact back to resolve an issue I have with my account for a couple of weeks now and it’s beginning to grow frustrating and tiresome. George Richards the assistant director lacks empathy and Shannon one of the agents lack the knowledge required to offer the best assistance possible.
I called at 3:20 pm no pickup the phone I was on hold for so long and they close at 4:00 this MECU needs to be closed down
They put my deposit into someone else's account that had the same name but different middle initial. They kept saying that I had no account there although the receipts presented to them say otherwise. They said it would be resolved on Monday the 25th. But it's the 27th and still not resolved.
