MECU is one of the most horrible banks in Baltimore City/County. I paid my car note faithfully for 5 years. When COVID-19 hit, my bank sent one payment to the wrong address and they sent me to collections during the height of COVID-19. My credit score was 850; it dropped to 700 and some change because someone thought I was trying to take advantage of them. This place serves no purpose. No tellers, just monitors to conduct your business.
MECU Loch Ridge deserves no stars. Since I am unable to post without giving at least 1 star, the one star goes to the warm-hearted gentleman who greets and directs us upon entering. In September on an early Saturday evening, the ATM shut down during my transaction with my card stuck inside the machine! The machine rebooted itself for a few seconds before the "shutting down" message appeared again. There were no lights, no sound, no power, zilch.
