I was victim of fraud some one used my debit card and now it’s almost 6 months later and I’m still waiting for my money to get back in to my account. I went to the bank Saturday asking for my money I was told that sorry but I never put a dispute when I called and I when to the office and now I lost my money.$359.00 is two days of work is insane now they said they can’t give my money because it past 90 days (update After almost a year I was able to recover my money)

Customer service is so bad
MECU quite literally saved me. I will be able to experience financial freedom again. Everyone who participated in helping me was wonderful and patient and I cannot express my gratitude well enough. I will choose them again and again.
