This bank is a joke, don't get caught up with this LEGO entity...go with a real bank with real people that can take a freaking phone call. omg you can't fix stupid. Just walk away!
MECU used to be a good credit union but lately their customer service has declined. You cannot get a live person on the phone line and when you go to the branch to speak with a representative they have an unhelpful attitude. I wouldn't recommend signing up for an account with them because you will be given the run around.
