My interest rate shows 300% when it’s supposed to be 3%. I have had them steal money out of my savings for my escrow. I am never able to login to my online account. Worst experience ever.
Do not use if you need your title transferred out of state - explained over and over state guidelines for my specific state and went to DMV twice to sort out issue - MECU would not fill out simple form to get code needed for my specific state - had to refinance my loan with another bank to get my car registered in this state. Was told it was not a "bank issue" and they would not cover my penalties, even though it was only MECU that could sort out the issue by obtaining an EIN in this state. Drive thru person has no people’s skills and he’s always on his phone and not thanking or saying have a good day when doing my transaction ive banked with them for years and was shocked he had no kind of customer service to offer me
