December 2025. Called in to get my tax bill number and was helped by Jordan. Jordan was very friendly and professional. 10/10 fa sho.
MON 2025.06.23 08:00, i was in the MCTO to appeal (against the) Mecklenburg County Tax Bill error. From the start to the end of the "processing", everyone of the Staff; including the Security Guards, the Customer Service, the Counter Staff, and the Tax Assessor were friendly, kind, helpful, proficient and efficient.
When they went through and jacked all our property values so they could make a money grab, I had them appraise my home and the amount they came to was less than the value they initially gave it. I got my tax bill and the assessed value is the higher amount. I have called and sat on hold for over an hour!!! Also, I have had to call 911 twice in the last year and sat on hold for 3 or more cycles before a dispatcher picked up!!! What are you doing with our tax money because you should be hiring more employees!!!!! I should NEVE... read more
