Horrible just horrible !!!! I wouldn't even waste my time to call and complain about how they didn't mail my payment in the mail as standard practice for any and all professional business office would. They instead had someone drove and parked in my driveway then went to the side of my fence and dropped it to the ground. The papers could of been blown off by the wind and I wouldn't of known. Why didn't the driver just put it in my mailbox like a decent normal person would. He just wanted to be very nosy and looked around in ... read more
The representative need to inform people they can speak with a tax accessory if the DON'T agree with their tax bill, and can see what kinda of tax programs they can apply for to get bill lower.... We have to do better keeping people informed
