What an honor to do business with Jim, a fellow Veteran. He masterfully resurrected my liquid damaged laptop. My repair required new parts and meticulous cleaning. He remained in constant contact to provide me with maintenance progress and current shipping status of repair parts. After fiddling with the RAID drives in the BIOS settings of my computer, the motherboard wouldn’t recognize any of the drives. I called Jim at Mech Tech, and he explained how RAID drives work and recommended steps to reestablish a link, and it worked! Thanks, Mech Tech!
Jim promptly answered my call, gave me free options to try before he checked out our laptop, and had the whole issue resolved in a couple hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone with computer issues!
