We delivered load to this facility but encountered a two-hour delay due to bad weather and traffic, of which we provided timely notification this, they deducted 25% ($1187) from the agreed-upon rate. We recommend exercising caution when considering doing business with this customer. CIRCLE LOGISTCS doing unfair business !!!
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. Not only was the environment horrible, but it was clear that the employees were being exploited as well. It's disheartening to see a business treat its workers so poorly. I won't be returning and I strongly advise others to steer clear.
