I have been with that bank many years and they treat us great. If you ever have questions or problems you can ask Grant or Chrystal they will solve it. They go over and above to help you. Fantastic people.
You have to have an account just to exchange a $20 bill for two rolls of quarters. An absurd rule that is frustrating and demoralizing for people who just need quarters to do laundry. Grocery stores and gas stations sent me to this bank only to be wildly disappointed. 0/10 stars, cannot and will never recommend this bank.
I love my bank our family been using these banks for many many years
Used to be open later on Thursdays which is why I chose this bank in the first place. I can never make it to this bank without taking time off work to get there. Why can’t they stay open until 7 or even 6pm just one day a week?
