Veronica Kloeung at the Westport branch is absolutely fantastic. She made transferring our accounts to her bank simple and pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone who wants their banking relationship to be with a real person instead of a robot. What a difference a caring, intelligent and helpful person can make!
