They took out 1300 dollar from my account and they didn’t think to block my card. Like what! I go to the bank now I have to wait 10 days or up to 3 months to wait to hear something I guarantee they will be hearing from my lawyers soon.
I have not been able to get in contact with anyone for months since my auto loan has been payed off, I have left message after message and no call back. Now I can't even get into contact with the receptionist.
