I hope I don’t ever bank at this bank, rude costumer service that’s all I need to tell you.
From the branch manger, Kathy, down to the 1-800-don’t call us for help service line, Mechanics Bank provides the worst customer service I have experienced in banking. Mechanic’s Bank does do one thing very well, they will nickel and dime you every chance they get.
A very nice helpful bank, tellers are always knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!
