I went to open a savings account today, im a very respecful man so i ask the clerk (lady) that i wanted to open an account, she responded with a unfriendly gesture, to make it short, it was a terrible experience, i left the place with a very sour taste in my mouth. I will not recommend this bank with your financial bussisness at all, not ever.....
I'm rating this a 2 because overall throughout my time there most of my experiences were great. There are very welcoming tellers to help with the usual transactions. This past week I had a horrible experience when I really needed help. The atm ate my cash on a friday night. I realized this bank lacks a lot of resources. The atm has no phone number on it and the bank has no 24/7 call service. I had to wait for the next day to file a claim. I was informed it could take up to 90 days. I decide to go in person on Monday to see w... read more
