I went to open a savings account today, im a very respecful man so i ask the clerk (lady) that i wanted to open an account, she told me what need to bring to open a new account (with a unfriendly gesture) i regretted asking the clerk , i left the place with a very sour taste in my mouth...but always be kind to others ...

Tellers are rude. I have problems with my vision and I didn't fill the withdrawal slip. She gave it to me and when I asked her if she can fill it out for me she said they were not allow to do that even tho I explained my vision limitation, but she declined to help. At other banks like Chase and Wells Fargo they fill ot for you. I just need to sign. In a different day with another teller, I forgot my card and they asked me for my SSN out loud, there was 3 customers behind me and only one teller. I was waiting for her to give ... read more

I went to open a savings account today, im a very respecful man so i ask the clerk (lady) that i wanted to open an account, she responded with a unfriendly gesture, to make it short, it was a terrible experience, i left the place with a very sour taste in my mouth. I will not recommend this bank with your financial bussisness at all, not ever.....
