I received a text message from fraud detection center. I called number. They asked for my number and it wasn't on file, then asked for my banking information. I hung up on them assuming they are scammers. Called local branch they tell me the number I called was indeed the fraud detection center. They didn't have my number on file, this third party call center contracted out by mechanics had no idea who i was, even though they had sent me text message informing that my account was under attack.
