This office is wonderful. Staff are courteous and very knowledgeable.
I have been a Mechanics Bank customer since 1999, usually going to the branch bank in Rodeo. I give this particular bank four stars for: * the consistent friendliness of its staff, most of whom have been employees there these past 14 years; * they greet me not only by name, but by my nickname; * I have had only one significant glitch with my account, which was correctly quickly; * Mechanics Bank changed its overdraft policy a few years ago, giving customers five days to make a deposit to cover insufficient funds before charg... read more
