My favorite location of Mechanics Banks. The team is phenomenal, prompt and friendly. I recommend anyone who banks with “Mechanics” to come to this location. The team will take care of you. Also the manager “Jennifer” who is very friendly makes all the clients who enter “Mechanics Banks” feel welcomed and comfortable.
I have had a Mechanics bank account since 1979 I started my business in 1981 and Have a commercial business account since 1981 play. We're always the go to bank here in Contra Costa County. But about 5 years ago they bought out. A national bank and their services on telephone support have gone to hack. Used to be able to get a customer service account. Within 1 to 2 minutes on the phone. Now it's 10 to 15 minutes waiting for an operator.
Went into Mechanics Bank Hilltop Richmond California. I was waited on by Cristal she was very Pleasant and Professional.
