Mechanics bank adquired Rabobank (The worst bank ever when customer service is neeeded) My business debit cards stop working and there is no way to get in contact with customer service, you get a recording message that tells you they are sorry for the long waiting but nobody pick up the calls, more than an hour and finally gave up. I called the Milpas branch and I got the same response, nobody answers the phone. I got a letter in the mail saying we will receive new debit cards and we never did. I bank with this bank for years and as long as I had large amounts of money in there I have 25000 in my saving and close to daddy and my checking they were sweet as can be. but as soon as I started losing money and stuff like that boy they started nickel-and-diming me for everything and we're rather rude at times or snobby. Their bank for commercial and people with lots of money cuz they're uppity it wouldn't be too bad if they went bankrupt
