When you call people at 8am on a Saturday and dont bother leaving a voicemail youre gonna upset people. So unprofessional.
Make no mistake never allow any auto dealership to use this bank or anyone of their branches, because they don't accept any payments at the bank how "convenient" everything has to be done by phone so if you want to pay your car in total They said nooo you can't, but you can make payments under 2,500 but not to the principal but interest! Instead of protect, bank loses/takes money from my savings account over the years. I have had an account with this bank for around 8 years or more, have not spent a cent as I use it to store my savings. I expected I might get some small interest building up over the years. I am surprise to see my account decreases every year. Even though I have not made a single transaction I see more than $100 mysteriously vanished from my account.
