Yall really need to do something about your parking or call the city to do something. Today at 9am I can’t get to the atm cuz every single spot of mechanics is taken even tho nobody is at the atm or in the bank!!!! I started noticing that at night people are parking there too. It needs to stop. It’s crazy that people think they’re entitled to a businesses parking spots, but y’all need to fix it because what do you mean the ATM only spots I can’t use because no one’s around. Great employees and banking experience at this branch
My family has been a Mechanics Bank customer for over a decade. I have experienced great customer service at the El Cerrito, Berkeley and North and East Richmond locations. I have even been to the Central Valley locations and they’ve been great. However, my experience here at the Point Richmond branch has been unpleasant. I definitely feel treated differently because I’m a person of color (If you are a person of color you know what I mean). I won’t go there even though it is the most convenient branch for me.
I find that My Banking Experiencing with Mechanics Bank Pt. Richmond has Always pleasant. Especially with the assistance of [SM], She's the Best, can resolve any problems and assist you in anyway. I've been Banking with The Mechanic Bank since 1985. Can ya' tell I'm a satisfied customer? Aaaamen!!!
