They are not open on the weekends, not in Oakland or Berkeley. Better make sure you have cash somewhere stashed away cause6 you won't be able to use your card or get money from a bank etc. Example: I was called for "fraud alert" the company did not sound familiar I declined the transaction I only use my debit/credit but I did not have any cash on hand so for the weekend I was broke. Me and a friend of mine have been trying to make a payment for over 5 hours. Its ridiculous they make you hold and then they hang up on you. All day we've been trying to pay these people money and they wont take it! If you are considering these folks for your loan or what not DON'T go somewhere else!
Great bank. Friendly and helpful tellers. They provide notary service. Also free coffee and dog treats for our furry friends.
I went in to make a large withdrawal so I quietly asked the teller for the amount but he was very indiscreet and there is no security here. It’s Oakland CA I wouldn’t take a chance here again.
Terrible customer service. several times I've had incorrect information from 2 different individuals. also this one lady I think her name is sharma has the biggest attitude anytime I walk in. and honestly looks like she just walking around avoiding customers. I can not respect the work ethic here. I rather hide money under my bed than to bank with them it's not worth the potential trouble due to lack of concideration for the customer, as well as inaccurate information to provide customers.
