These morons made a 25k loan in my name, for a car without an engine. This was bank fraud committed on a loan application by NextCar USA in Bakersfield CA. When I found out and called CRB, they pretended to investigate for 3 weeks with no call back! Finally one of the morons informed me, they would do nothing, and that I would need to make payments on a car I don't even have!! Mind you, I called them a month before payments even started.
