The only good branch I have come across is the Broad St location in San Luis Obispo, CAI am unfortunately hugely disappointed in this branch on E Grand Ave, Arroyo Grande, CA. Especially Emily the teller, if you don't know the answer, isn't it your job to find it. You do work for Mechanics. Rather than just instructing the customer to call the 800 #.
