I take my Bus and van here for services
I work for a school district and needed a part , I was told they didn’t have it in stock and would have to order it . I explained the importance of the part due to this being a school and asked if we could overnight the part. I waited a couple days and called to see the eta of part and was told it would be 2 weeks? I asked if I would still be charged the overnight charge the parts guy said “ Yes you bet”??? Very poor customer service!
