10 stars out of 10! Absolutely amazing service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lovely waiting area with hot and cold drinks. WiFi also provided, and the car was cleaned to a very high standard as part of the service! I highly recommend MES!

Not good. Went in last year for MOT and Service. Came out Air con not working. Went back in, Aircon fluid changed. Stop working again. Went back in this year for Service, MOT and to specifically have air con checked again. Came out air con not done. Booked back in for today. Car was in by 9.00 am. Called them three times during the day for update. Promised to get back and didn’t. Picked car up at. 4.30pm not even looked at. Brief apology given didn’t even asked if wanted to book in again.
