I had some pretty bad shoulder pain and Paul got me back to normal very quickly. I don't live close but definitely worth the drive! I am very pleased with the care that I received and would recommend to family and friends!

I was referred to Paul by a friend. Paul really helped me out with my back injury due to stepping in a hole. He is excellent at assessment and treatment. The PT I received really helped me heal from my injury!

I began to see Paul Underwood for physical therapy for chronic neck pain in Maiden, NC. After a couple months, my pain drastically decreased! He also taught me exercises to do at home, which I will continue to do when needed. Paul is competent and well learned in his practice. He's also very friendly and has the ability to put you at ease... talks you through each exercise or stretch. I would highly recommend!
