I had an absolutely excellent experience thanks to Kevin and the manager. Kevin took all the time we needed to find the perfect pair of winter boots for my wife and children. His knowledge about footwear — from fit, width, and length to understanding foot anatomy — was super impressive and made all the difference. Both Kevin and the manager were friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice. Couldn’t have asked for better service! Phenomenal service by Mark! He Spent 1hr plus to help me get the best hiking shoe and boot for my needs. His knowledge of matching a shoe to the specific needs of your foot (based on width, length and his knowledge of foot anatomy). Based on his great service I then went onto purchase 2 hiking pants. Both Kevin and Ryan were fantastic. Kevin was great help with footwear, and Ryan was great with an osprey bag.
I bought a pair of Altra shoes here on the recommendation of my podiatrist, and I was helped by Kevin, who was very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. I am very pleased with the customer support I received, and highly recommend MEC and Kevin to anyone looking for a good walking/hiking shoe.
