I brought my older mountain bike that has been in storage in this evening for service , and I was treated with the utmost kindness , friendliness and respect by the 3 staff members I encountered Brody helped me pick out some accessories I was looking for and set me up with the service he thought that was required with excellent skill and judgements , I was very pleased. Also spoke with Jay a very kind gentleman and a very friendly and kind cashier didn't catch her name. 5 star service ! Thank You so much !
Lovely store..there were 2 workers in he shoe department..I wanted to buy shoes and was there for a good while. ..no one once asked me if I needed help or if the size was ok that I grabbed from clearance shelf... they just continued to chat to eachother the whole time.
This review is long over due. 1.5 years to be honest .There is an employee named Kevin that took us from planners to successful finishers of the Camino de Santago . Because of our trust in Kevin and his knowlege we have returned to your store several times. We drive from Windsor instead of shopping in the USA which we would rather do for all of our adventures. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. My plan was to try several brands of Hoka and determine at a later date whether I would purchase them. He was able to determine my gait (which was spot on) and recommend the correct brand of Hokas. I was impressed with his personable approach and knowledge. Super service. I bought the shoes on the spot!
