Sadly a terrible experience. Sent 4 magazines in for replacement due to bad design in October 2025. It’s mid-June still no resolution. Its over a $100 and I am out of pocket. There are other more responsive companies to purchase from. Buyer beware! ***Update*** MecGar did make amends,it wasnt the product that I wanted but they went out of their way to make things better. I would be very remiss to not acknowledge that fact. Thank you, a much more satisfied customer
No one answer the phone or e-mail about my order, and Joe is right they should not be in business, they had no problem taking my money for 3 very expensive Sig 229 -1 mags, but nearly 10 days has passed. and no product, or futher shipping info, no answer to the phone.no reply to e- mails. Do not order from these folks if you expect good company contacts or replies , in the past they had great service and delivery in a prompt matter, don't know what's up !!! Best magazines I have ever owned
this company shouldn't be in business, they will not answer the phone or return calls on issues with the product they sell! customer service is non existent, once paid your on you own! beware, made many attempts to contact, no response
Well they have my money and still no magazines no tracking and two weeks time has past. No return calls or emails this is the worst company I have ever dealt with I hope you go out of business!
