this company shouldn't be in business, they will not answer the phone or return calls on issues with the product they sell! customer service is non existent, once paid your on you own! beware, made many attempts to contact, no response
Well they have my money and still no magazines no tracking and two weeks time has past. No return calls or emails this is the worst company I have ever dealt with I hope you go out of business!
I ordered two Mec Gar magazines for a RUGER MK IV 2-3 weeks ago. Not yet received. Seems like a long time for in stock items. Their magazines are known for excellent quality. I am anxious to try them, I have Mec Gar magazines for my CZ 9mm and also my old former PD S&W 5906. Always superb and often extra capacity. Tom in Buford, Georgia
I had five (5) 1911 Mec-Gar magazines I bought a couple of years ago that I was having failure to feed issues with consistently. I called Mec-Gar on Monday. They stated they can replace the mags with an upgraded version for free that should correct the failure to feed issues. They gave me an RMA number and I mailed the mags on Tuesday. I paid for two day shipping at USPS for about $15. No big deal. USPS delivered the mags on Thursday and I received my brand new replacements today, Saturday.
